On the phone a nice lady promised me that the suit would be ready by the next day as we needed it for a funeral. When I called the next day to ask if I could pick up the clothes, a somewhat unfriendly gentleman answered the phone, who said that under no circumstances could things be done so quickly. So we were only able to pick them up in the morning before the funeral under stress. If we hadn't been promised that the things were ready the day before, we would have asked at another cleaning company. When picking it up it was also said that the collar on the shirt was cleaned as well as possible. Aha, so it was not clean. I bring the things for cleaning so that they get properly clean, otherwise I can save the money too ... Well, next time we won't be going to this cleaning.

Rude staff, brought 2 jackets. One was not accepted because the label was missing. I asked to try it anyway (I would be surprised that they have never cleaned an imitation leather jacket) and that I am willing to take the risk and pay even if it is a shot to the rear but it was not accepted. I can still understand that, but when I wanted to pick up my second jacket after a few days, it was said that it had not been cleaned because the label said that no cleaning was possible. That could have been checked in advance. No solution was offered. Very disappointing.
