Had brought my evening dress and all the decorations on it went off. The man told me that it was already so. Total lie. It was not like that and it was new and only worn once. I had to have the seamstress reassembled at my own expense. The cleaning costs were not reduced due to his mistake. Never again. Not recommended!

I brought my wedding dress for cleaning because the hem was a little darker after wearing it. I paid € 120 for cleaning! When I picked it up days later, the dress looked the same as before. Just as dark on the hem. The stain on the upper part had not been seen either. I was told that it would unfortunately not be better to clean it. I was very disappointed and tried my luck at home. I hung the dress in a bucket of Persil and you are amazed: everything is clean !! The dress looks like new and is in perfect condition! And my dress consists of very fine, fine lace and extremely fine tulle. In my eyes it was one of the incompetent cleaning and rip-offs!
