I've been to the Fortuna pharmacy many times and I'm always very satisfied. One lunchtime, I saw an impossible customer at the table next to an. I think you have to have good nerves as a pharmacy employee and listen to a lot. It's definitely not an easy job in Ludwigshafen and with Corona.

I've been to the pharmacy several times, probably just an exception, but NO !!! Unfriendly and incompetent staff. It's very difficult to talk to Ms. John, she doesn't listen and if you correct her, she immediately becomes cheeky.
