The former Karstadt and Mömax building in the K1 square had initially been gutted down to the reinforced concrete skeleton. The previously closed facade was replaced by a new, translucent glass facade. The entire interior was given a new floor plan on all floors. On the top floor the building services, all escalators and elevators were renewed. The only downer: the missing line of sight to the water tower.

one of the two elevators has been defective for over three months. does the management run out of money ...? would coincide with a few experiences here ... even in the house itself, tenants complain about the administration - and if you as a visitor notice that, it doesn't create a good picture ...
