I called in advance whether the goods were in stock and was "advised" very nicely on the phone. Required goods could be picked up on the same day as they were in stock. I am very pleased!

I submitted a prescription for a wheelchair over 2 months ago, a short time later I was measured for the electric wheelchair at home, and after a few days I called to see if the cost estimate was already out at the cash register. Then I was told by a very unfriendly lady that I couldn't get a wheelchair because I didn't have a locked room and a locked staircase wouldn't be enough. Despite multiple inquiries and please send me the regulation back, there is absolute radio silence with the FA. Maltry, I can't understand what this is about ?? Don't you have to sell a wheelchair worth 2500 €? , I have no idea, I will look for another medical supply store when I finally get my prescription back. In order to save the company's honor, I have to say that everything went great for my mother with the scooter and E wheelchair. Update 10/17 The regulation was in the mail today, without any explanation, so nothing was written about it, just the regulation in the envelope. I think that's pretty outrageous Update 12/27/20 I have had an electric wheelchair for 6 weeks now, not from Maltry but from the FA. OTB SANITARY HOME. I submitted a new prescription there, a Mr. Pfeifer from OTB came and measured me, while we found that the Maltry company had not informed me that a closed, lockable room is required for approval by the health insurance company, I could then prove this and the wheelchair was approved immediately All's well that ends well, went badly for Fa Maltry, this approx. 5000 € went into another pocket

Extreme waiting times. After 8 days no feedback, on demand then again at least 8 days waiting time for brake defect on the wheelchair ... not in order.

Good medical supply store in my opinion. Until now I had one or two problems that were fixed within the next few days. First aid ran directly with a friendly technician, with whom I still like to have the wheelchair repaired today. The waiting times for a technician in the event of severe damage to the wheelchair are a bit long, because you usually can't get off the spot when the wheelchair is no longer driving. But everyone wants a supply, so just wait. There was already a defect that was not corrected properly. After that, the wheelchair was no longer roadworthy and had to be taken along. Something like that shouldn't happen.

I got paid over my health insurance a used electric wheelchair. The medical supply Maltry got me the electric wheelchair worried and delivered. Unfortunately, I have problems with the electric wheelchair lowering down the curbs and going up as the support wheels bang on the floor. Furthermore, I do not come with the electric wheelchair in the tram. The Stützreder block the entry into the tram. Unfortunately I am not helped by the Maltry. It is now 9 months
