My heating has been defective since October And there were two craftsmen because firstly they were impolite and secondly when I asked what could happen that the heating was not working I was told that they had no idea and that they should be qualified professionals? At the first time, one of the craftsmen just knocked on the heater and said it had to go, only it didn't work. On the next day I called and they told me to come back. Unfortunately, it was a consolation. Dan the heating and plumbing company didn’t contact us. Until my landlord called and he sent it out against my order and for a long time I hadn't received a call from the company until I called there and was told everyone is on construction sites and they try to send it in for another week. On November 12th, 20 a rude call came from the craftsman he slumped he also came at 11:30 a.m. and screwed a bit on the valve and just said he didn't know and had no idea what it was going on for 5 hours, but I had a real room since yesterday 5 p.m. against cold. And this morning I went back to the heating plumbing company and that was 8 o'clock this morning and I was told all the craftsmen were working. Now comes the weekend against the cold room. Where is that a company with specialists. Meanwhile I have pneumonia because you have to sit in a cold room. I wish my landlord would hire the heating company sterl because there are really skilled staff and the manual workers are polite and understand their craft. Cerny frank
