Is "nice and friendly" enough for an objective assessment today? Imagine ordering a pair of women's shoes from mail order company "A". Price, shape and color are right. What would you say if the price had suddenly doubled on delivery? They don't think at all. Not at mail order company "A", but at Deichmann. You buy shoes and as so often the size and color is no longer available in the store. The nice and friendly shop assistant orders the parts. You will be informed by SMS when the shoes arrive. What nobody expects is the fact that each part arrives at a different time, but they have to meet deadlines for collection. So wait until all shoes arrive. So every shoe has to be bought individually and if you don't live in Eisleben it is always a nice "jaunt"! Although they have no influence on the delivery times, the price changes (sometimes by 100%), since various promotions have already expired when the delivery arrives in the branch! Coincidence? The Deichmann service says: "That's the way it is and the end" As for the head office, if one should use this term at all, NONE is actually really responsible for the customer. Even my first interlocutor at 9:00 a.m. could not really classify the problem and the responsibility. Very, very weak number, it is now 3:44 pm! I think it is much better, namely at the mail order company "A"! Most (!) Employees in the Eisleben branch were nice and friendly! New game and new luck days later! Today wanted to use a coupon from the online shop Deichmann for 5 euros for the purchase of women's shoes. A single laugh number, because the employees did not know this type of credit at all and scanning from cell phone was unknown. The problem could not be solved optimally only after telephone discussions, but I was exposed as the "complainant" in front of other customers. Here the "flow of information" and "data protection" are still going really well! Although today everything went smoothly on the fifth attempt (!) And the data could also be called up from the cell phone, the employee had complete understanding and was friendly and kind, a lady from the Deichmann service team told me that I should change my competitor search. This is how you "solve" problems! Sorry, the problems do not seem to be at the base, but there are obviously problems in the further training of the employees!

Shop assistant very friendly and helpful, even though she was all alone in the shop and had to keep an eye on the cash register.
