Standard service and food quality.
Bester Ditch am Hauptbahnhof! I got 99 problems, but a ditch aint one!
Pretzel as always good, but the staff is z. T. rude. The young lady couldn't even say hello.
Delicious coffee, which I really like to drink, the pretzels, cheese sticks and pizzas, everyone should try. Price great!
The communication of the employees leaves much to be desired and is deficient. There are always two male employees at the counter. The one operated and what the other makes I can not say exactly. The queue is full but the second employee just stands by and looks on. A "hello" "Bye" and "what may it be" should already be in it. If you do not feel like working, you have no business in sales. The pretzels are delicious and sometimes still hot. 0.80 euros for a normal pretzel is perfectly fine!
