The dark haired lady told me very unfriendly “no card payment possible under 5 EUR” and put my packed croissant back immediately! What the hell?! This is your attitude towards contactless payment during Corona-time? by the way in the past there was no such threshold in this place! I am pretty sure that this lady made this up herself! I was quite fond of this bakery, from now on never again!
Really bad service skills from the lady behind the bar. No spoon, no sugar, no jam was given. Arrogant and bossy attitude, she most likely insulted me in her own lenguaje.
The elderly woman that works here is extremely rude and unfriendly. She was constantly rolling her eyes with every order I made and making nasty comments.
After seeing all the reviews below about her, I don't understand how she's still working here. Having such an unpleasant employee will eventually mean losing customers, even in a busy place like Hamburg Hbf. If I wouldn't have been in a rush to catch my train, I would have gone to another place after the bad attitude she gave me.
Cheap and fast service
Unfriendly service. Rather talk to each other and keep customers waiting. This branch is located in a train station, shouldn't you act faster and more customer-oriented?
The rolls are no longer fresh and are very expensive.
