After a stressful start to Monday, I wanted to redeem my stamp card at Le Crobac, this promotion has been around for a long time, you can redeem a full stamp card anywhere, i.e. in every branch. I have my card from the Berliner Tor. It was rejected extremely unfriendly in the main station south without a reason and only when asked it was said that we would not accept the one from Berliner Tor. When asked, they said I can only redeem them at Berliner Tor. Extremely outrageous and extremely customer-friendly when you consider that I could also redeem the Berliner Tor in Wandsbek! When my commute to work is not the same every day. It's good that there are other branches that are definitely more customer-friendly. I will definitely not use this anymore.

Very impolite! Le Crobac has a long campaign that you can redeem a full stamp card anywhere in EVERY branch. I have my card from Farmsen. She was rejected extremely rude without reason and only on demand it was said we take the farmsen not just, then it was because she had a crack ?? This crack did not affect the punches. Extremely outrageous and extremely customer friendly! Good that there are two more stores at the top of the main station. I certainly will not use them anymore.
