I guess it was okay. Yes it's high priced, it's the train station. Staff was super friendly and was even joking :)

I had the chocolate Franzbrötchen and it tasted very sweet but nice! The chocolate was dark and really good. I would definitely recommend for somebody with a sweet tooth!:)

I usually love this place and used to get Franzbrötchen from here frequently when I lived in Hamburg but today I found a piece of steel wool on my pastry which could have resulted in an obvious serious health issue If consumed. Also never get the Coffee from here.

I really like the Franzbrötchen here, but the petty sad girl who works there is so unfriendly and is always rude with the costumer, almost in the verge of being personal. I really hope that this woman is fired.

Franz and Friends is my first & last stop when getting off/on the train in Hamburg. You can’t go wrong with the classic Franzbrötchen, especially if it’s freshly baked!
