Alena is amazing! I had major troubles with my back and neck (bad posture/sitting too much/lifting too heavy) - but after the first session I could already tell the difference. She gives helpful tips for your every day life, shows exercises that one can do at home and even checked my pillow for its neck/sleep suitability :) She seems to know where exactly to push and pull, manipulate - every time I leave her practice, I feel like my back is finally put "into place" again. Although my prescription has now run out, I continue visiting Alena every now and then to get my back fixed.

After major head surgery, I had some facial nerve problems. The right side of my face has barely responded - I've been with Alena for about 3 months and thanks to her work, the facial nerves have regenerated so well. I am totally excited about their work. You are welcomed nicely every time, get great help and tips. Another big plus: the therapists do not change, I have every appointment with Alena - so I do not have to explain from the beginning every time what my problems are and Alena can assess my complete development and adjust the therapy as needed. Thank you for your great support!

Thanks to Helena, I can push my knee through again, which was not possible for a long time despite rehab due to complications after my knee surgery (endoprosthesis).
