Dr. med. Markus Wegener

I decided to make an appointment here after reading a couple of good comments about the Doctor being nice to patients. Sadly I can’t agree on that because I couldn’t even have to chance to talk to him. The ladies at the front desk are really unfriendly and not helpful whatsoever! First, the lady made me wait standing 5 meters away fron the front desk and she ignored me for more than 5 minutes. Then a Doctor asked me about when my appointment was and took my card; he said: she will help you (all in German since I’m fluent in German). Thereafter the lady told me that I hadn’t booked an appointment and I did book one 3 MONTHS AGO!. After she found me she said that my health insurance (Krankenkasse) wouldn’t pay for the procedure and that I had to pay right away. I said: first I would like to see the doctor and see what he says about my mole, of course I would pay for a procedure if needed, but just paying to see the doctor was too much. How I said, I booked an appointment 3 Months Ago because I wanted to check if my mole is going dangerous or it’s just a mole. BUT IF I WANTED TO PAY AS A PRIVATE PATIENT I WOULD DO THAT RIGHT AWAY IN A BETTER PRAXIS, WITH A BETTER AND FRIENDLIER CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND I WOULDN’T NEED TO WAIT 3 MONTHS TO TRY TO SEE THE DOCTOR AND AT THE END NOTHING! This is completely stupid. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Not even as a self-paying patient. I’ll let it check by experts in a better praxis as a self-paying patient and at least they will treat me as a client and not as a robber!

It was a pleasent experience visiting the doctor. He was very friendly and revommended proper solutions for the condition that i had.

Very friendly team! I feel very positive about dealing with each other and with patients. For me, Dr Wegner is the dermatologist who also takes a little more time if there are still questions and not everything was immediately understood.

I went to my family doctor because of a severe rash all over my body, and she immediately contacted Dr. Wegener sent. Once there, the lady at the reception was already very unfriendly because Thursday was only reserved for private patients. Still, I had to be accepted. Unfortunately, through the slightly open door of the treatment room, I already heard the loud complaining of Dr. Wegener had to hear: It would be enough for him now ... that means that there are always emergencies being sent. I was not "disappointed", the mood hit me directly. With harsh and unfriendly questions and no idea what that could be, I was given 3 different medications for allergies to grass mite bites. When I asked if I had to pay attention to something for home (cleaning bed linen / mattress), the Dr. very very loud and reprimanded me, unfortunately I would not have listened to him at all. It said GRASS mites, not DUST mites. But I can give one star for Dr. Wegener asked if I had an idea myself or what I think what it could be. I actually thought that was good (even if everything was then dismissed as incorrect with a roll of the eye). After the visit I was really exhausted, unfortunately the funds didn't help. I should come back the next week, if it's not better - but Dr. probably forgotten that he is there on vacation. That was my luck: His deputy, Dr. Gagu-Koll was great and was actually able to help me.

Not to be outdone in incompetence, insults from the doctor as well. If you don't feel like waiting 90 minutes and listening to insults and incompetence, I recommend that you look for another general practitioner. I will report this doctor's practice to the medical association. If you couldn't assign a star, I would do so. Take the negative reviews to heart.
