Very friendly staff and doctors. Unfortunately, however, the only phone is rarely busy and e-mails are rarely responded to and very late. The results in an oncology department are by no means unimportant - they are vital! And since my responsible professor at the clinic sometimes has to wait 1 week for blood results (despite several emails) I will now have to change the practice. It's just a shame about the nice staff.
