Can only say good things! Very nice staff and a helpful, competent doctor!

The medical assistants are super friendly, sensitive and try to make an appointment as soon as possible in the event of acute complaints. It almost always worked on the same day. Unfortunately, I cannot report so positively about the doctors in this practice. I came into the practice with abdominal pain and since Ms. Claßen was not there I was treated by Ms. Ehrentreich. The doctor dismissed the pain during the conversation and did not investigate it further or investigated it further in terms of diagnostics. A month later I was sitting with even bigger complaints with Mrs. Claßen, who made me a diagnosis, the symptoms of which could have been treated a month ago. However, this was an "exclusion diagnosis". She did not do a blood test or the like, but instead presented me with a fait accompli after an ultrasound examination and prescribed me a medication that, according to another doctor (second opinion), contains the corresponding active ingredients far too low and is therefore not particularly effective. Also, when I thought that I had bad experiences with this medication in particular, it was said that there was no other medication that made me doubt, since medication cannot be generally tolerated and therefore always more for the same complaints Medication out there. For minor complaints, I can recommend Ms. Claßen, as soon as it comes to more complicated clinical pictures, I would look elsewhere in the future. It's a pity!

Great, friendly team! Go for 7 years and was always very happy. The care during my pregnancy was very very good and loving! Sometimes there are waiting times, as I read it here - but where is that not please ?? And if you have acute pain, it can also be in the hospital, but you still have to wait longer (if it's not life-threatening!).

I can not even recommend this kind of lady. Especially the front desk are mega unfriendly. I called recently and the woman on the phone had no set call. I wanted to call for an appointment and she meant to call next week and 'she I have called next week and did not get the appointment. The woman on the phone is so incompetent to speak. She does not even take one. For the job, she is not suitable. This women's doctor does not even deserve a star .An impudence.
