I had an appointment with Dr Kreiselmaier today. Was referred by my gynaecologist. I myself am a British trained doctor and Dr Kreiselmaier is the first doctor I've come across in the past 4 months in Germany who did not get frustrated with me for not knowing German. His bedside manner was commendable. He took his time to explain everything to me and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. He talked me through the scans, growth charts and the normal parameters of the measurements. A doctor who can explain something very well to their patient not only has fantastic knowledge but sees the patient as the centre of the consultation. I highly recommend this place.

The Doctor we meet was wonderful, she explained everything in details and was so helpful. She know her job very well. She speaks English so good. She was the best doctor we ever seen. She is the only reason for this two stars. on the other hand the reception was awful. We were there two times, they told us we only need one recommendation letter, but they made a mistake, It happens. The way they react was so bad. When someone is going for checkup, specially in these kind, they have stress and they need a calm place, but instead they adds tons of stress more. At the end they told us that they made a mistake and if we could not provide a recommendation letter we have to pay for their mistake. They also ask for signature on a letter to pay, which NEVER happened for me. so unprofessional. Also if you have appointment and also be on time there, you need to consider at least one hour delay. The only reason if we will be there again is because of the doctor.

The ladies at reception and on the phone are unfortunately quite rude and brisk. But the doctors are great, I received good advice and felt very comfortable. Another plus point: I have never had blood drawn so well as by the nice doctor's assistant.

I feel very comfortable here as a patient! The staff is very friendly, attentive and courteous and the doctors are great too! I feel very well taken care of. A lot has happened in the last few years, I think that's great! The telephone availability has improved. In general, the practice is very modern and I also like the great central location. Keep it up, dear amedes team!

I would prefer not to give a star at all. This practice was a huge disappointment! Unqualified and unprofessional doctors who are only interested in money! As a patient who wants a child, one feels alone
