Super what progress I can make in 20 minutes / week. Each exercise and each repetition is carefully observed. Sympathetic and motivating. I also do other sports and there I can concentrate entirely on my condition and technique. In the event of injuries, the exercises can be individually adapted.

Training with Fenja was fun, very competent and good instructions. I feel fit in a short time, am enthusiastic and look forward to the next training session. Highly recommended.

So effective in such a short time - great. You get your own trainer at your side. It doesn't get any better.
