I have been training at Adelt Studios since it reopened due to the corona pandemic. Due to the flexible appointment bookings, I can organize a training course individually. I am trained on site by one of the four very nice trainers in my own training room. The training lasts an intense 20 minutes. Although the training time seems short at first glance, the trainers motivate me to go to the limit every time. In the short time I was able to notice significant improvements in my physical fitness. Due to Mario Adelt's background as a physiotherapist, my training plan was individually tailored to my complaints. I would like to thank the entire Adelt Studios team and look forward to many more intensive training sessions.

Once started, never stopped ... 💪 From the concept to trainer competence to individual 1: 1 training, everything is great! The training is short, super effective, has a lasting effect and is even fun (o.k. not all devices 😉)! A big thank you to the great coaching team!

I've been there with zeal for many years! :-) After about 20 units I got rid of my back and neck complaints. Thanks to the special equipment and the individual 1: 1 training, the strength also arrives in the deep muscles - the body becomes firmer, more defined. Furthermore, my heart rate has dropped in recent years, because the heart also benefits from strength training. I particularly appreciate the pleasant room temperature, and of course the relaxed and friendly relationship with the coaching team!

First of all: I don't like sports. But I still feel in good hands here. The team is not only very competent, but also extremely personable. Taking care of yourself and your body in the well-groomed studio is the concept that works, especially because the whole body is viewed as a unit. And the training really has an effect! I can fully recommend it. If the weights continue to increase, I might consider it again ... :-)
