Good gym with nice staff, not too many people

Highly recommended! There is a wide range of training courses in a nice, relaxed atmosphere and a competent and friendly team. I chose the studio because of its great location and close proximity to my office and I always enjoy going there.

You can safely ignore the 5-star ratings here. Saitama offers free treatments to customers who write positive reviews here. So every positive review here is potentially de facto bought.

Unfortunately, I made a very bad impression here. Courses I had booked were repeatedly canceled at short notice. Two weeks ago I booked a course for today, which was then canceled less than an hour before it started. There was no reason or anything like that. What a shame. If I get a good explanation for this (email with request has been sent), I am ready to change this rating here.

In order to redeem a Rhea Sport prescription, I was looking for a job-related opportunity. That's how I came to Saitama. It was made clear to me that I had to sign a studio contract in order to participate in the Rhea measures. I did this. Part of the contract was also a quarterly "physics check", which I did not want, but which had to be selected- I was on site 4 times, received instruction and a training plan. The training plan also included the use of a vibration device, the monthly. was additionally calculated. Unfortunately, due to my job, I was unable to use the Rhea measure I had booked. And wanted to terminate the contract and asked that the prescription not be redeemed. Unfortunately, my request to terminate the contract was not granted. The quarterly checks were billed as well as the non-use of the vibration device. The position of the vibration device was driven after a complaint, but not reimbursed. I asked again to terminate my contract when it was clear that Covid-19 had terminated my professional location in Hamburg. That was not complied with. When I asked for the reimbursement of the contributions for the period when the Covid-19 studio was conditionally closed, I was offered a usage voucher that I did not want (I live 45 km outside). I was also offered legal recourse to assert my claim. Of course, this is not feasible without legal protection insurance. But - I can make the fact public!
