Unfortunately, I cannot share the same opinion as others. It's a tiny gym that claims to be a workout or cross-training gym that doesn't allow chalk for lifting. Next to a rude head coach.

Great staff. I took part in Johannes' onramp and then arranged a personal session. He took a lot of time and mercilessly exposed my deficits. Still, everyone is nice and friendly and they seem to really enjoy their job. This top advice is included in the price. I can only recommend it to everyone. Of course, the equipment and devices are also first class. Keep it up Elbgym Stadthöfe!

Great studio and modern equipment. I had an extensive training plan drawn up together with Johannes G., which is highly recommended.
