Very professional and welcoming staff who make you feel right at home.
They encourage you continually with your training and motivate you to better your standards.
I would say they are also quite scientific in their methods and can strongly recommend the gym to the locals as well as the visitors to Hamburg.
Prime Fitness was a poor experience for me. The gym is always fully packed and its really hard to get any space to extend your arms properly. There are many better gyms for value of money.
Also regarding the contract, please read it carefully as they are very annoying about it and do not allow to easily cancel it even though it was discussed at the beginning.
Best gym in Hamburg! Can only recommend it to everyone.

I loved this gym, one of the best gyms I have ever been to in Hamburg.
if you are an expat living in Hamburg, prime time fitness is a must.
Staff are incredible, all can communicate in English quite well, very helpful and considerate, giving really good and practical tips and advice.
And honestly all of that aside, the management and customer service just rock it. During the pandemic and corona crisis, they have managed quite well to keep the customers satisfied, and another thing that I love about this gym is the transparency, they are all absolutely honest and transparent with you from the get go. and they really care about their customers.
I would honestly give the team 10/10

This gym is stunning ! Futuristic and super clean ! Well organized with the newest gym machine . The locker room is a 5 star grade , with design furniture . And when you have finished your train you can indulge in the minimal black marble shower ! I really love this place
