Best Yoga teacher in town!

Through Andreas, I also found access to yoga a few years ago - in the meantime, it is the most valuable 90 minutes for me when it comes to body awareness and attitude to life. I take so much positive from every hour and can leave both stress and back pain at the same time. And, aside from the world's best music selection, he brings with him a great combination of knowledge, experience and a wink, so you feel motivated to go beyond your own limits without creating pressure to perform. Very clear five stars !!

I have been doing yoga for years and Andreas is by far the best yoga teacher! He deliberately pushes you to your limits and challenges you the way your body is best. Andreas plays absolutely no standard program! Every hour is different and compiled by him. His great music taste completes the whole thing. ;)

Great teacher, whoever goes to him stressed out comes out of the lesson relaxed and fit. You are challenged but not overwhelmed. What I personally think is great is his way of teaching with individual and changing music and the correction of postures.

I did yoga for the first time in a course with Andreas - and since then I have fully integrated it into my everyday life. Andreas arranges the lessons with a lot of dedication and fully responds to each participant. 90 minutes a week is actually far too little.
