TRIO hair & company

Well I made an appointment by phone for 18.15 but the hairdresser totally forgot about me and didn't check the schedule. He took another client. I had to wait 20+ minutes to have my haircut done. The girl on reception also couldn't tell me anything except sorry. I feel so bad. I couldn't even expect that from the service with such a high rating. — I feel very sorry for a situation that I described above. But I‘ve already been there twice and I’ll come again because great masters work here. Thank you! Isabel speaks English fluently and she really knows what you and your hairs want. Highly recommended!
