CRIMINAL PERSON! ( MR.OPPERMANN ) Since two years Im running after my compensation ( 140 €) he once promised me to refund back after one of his hairdressers damaged my hair completely.. I was just looking for some thin blonde highlights but instead I got out with total damaged hair! Instead of fresh equal thin cool blonde highlights, I got different brownish/ yellowish stains everywhere in my short hair. I looked horrible! ( pictures are still available! ) I was even crying when I looked at the mirror. I still had to pay 140 € for that hair Desaster! The assistant told me Mr. Oppermann were currently on vacation but as soon as he would be back he would get in touch. It tooked him more then a week to finally give me that call (he obviously didn’t care) On the Phone I even had to defend myself for what happened (?) and had endless discussions until he finally agreed to refund me the money ( I even have it proofed in an email that he agreed to the refund ) At the same time I was about to move to the UK and therefore I asked him if it’s okay to PayPal me the money. He agreed. Since that time I was waiting for my refund BUT instead I SUDDENLY RECEIVED MAILS FROM HIS LAWYER! THEY PLAYED POWER GAMES TILL NOW AND MR. OPPERMANN ALWAYS CREATED NEW EXCUSES WITH HIS LAWYER FRIEND, WHY HE WON‘T PAY AS PROMISED. THIS UNFAIRLY NAMED ‘ FAMOUS ‘ COIFFURE IN HAMBURG HIRES LAWYERS TO HIDE HIS OWN MISTAKES AND EVEN THREATENED ME THROUGH HIS LEGAL FRIEND. I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. IT TOOKED MY HAIR 7 MONTHS TO RECOVER.. MR. OPPERMANN IS OBVIOUSLY A PATHOLOGICAL NARCISSISTIC PERSON ! IF I WILL NOW RECEIVE LEGAL RESPONSE FROM HIS NEW LEGAL LAWYER FRIEND, MAHER ASLAN , YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME! THE TRUTH WILL ALWAYS STAY THE TRUTHS EVEN MR. OPPERMANN IS NOT WILLING TO FACE IT.. THE MOST COMMON USED WORD FOR THIS YEAR 2018 ( thanks to President Trump and narcissistic people like Mr. Oppermann ) WILL BE: GASLIGHTING. THATS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME.. HE HURTS OTHERS AND ON THE TOP, HE ACTS LIKE HE IS THE ACTUAL VICTIM AND GAVE ME AN EXTRA HARD TIME ( WITH THE SUPPORT OF HIS ATTORNEY ).. HE TRIED TO SUCK ALL OF MY ENERGIES. HE SIMPLY IS AN VERY POOR, MEAN PERSON.. I STILL HAVE ALL EVIDENCES TO PROOF THAT EVERYTHING I JUST SAID ARE THE NAKED TRUTHS AND IF I WOULD LIVE IN GERMANY HE WOULD HAVE STRAIGHT RECEIVED A GERMAN ‘ MAHNBESCHEID ‘. EVEN AFTER TWO YEARS IM STILL SHOCKED ABOUT HIS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNFAIR BEHAVIOR AND I CAN JUST WARN EVERYONE TO GET TREATMENTS AT THAT PLACE. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER, NON NARCISSISTIC PLACES WERE YOU GET VERY GOOD TREATMENTS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, WERE YOU GET TREATED WITH RESPECT ✊

Great team and super nice atmosphere in the salon. Everything worked out wonderfully. Dyeing and cutting was perfect. When doing hairstyle, communication with the customer would be helpful, then 100% like that too. Otherwise you were great.

I really enjoyed visiting the hairdresser. The lady who cut my hair was very friendly, competent and exuded a sympathetic calm. I received a friendly welcome and am looking forward to my next visit.

A little ago. I go there especially because, according to the descriptions, I think that's a posh hairdresser. I am also willing to spend more and then such a young man, who seemed very insecure, messes with me. Before I got up and he wanted to ask a colleague about the price, I heard her say to him: "Have you been allowed to go to a customer?" Thank you very much, luckily he knew that he was not yet fully trained and accordingly hardly changed anything at the tips, which of course I was allowed to pay anyway. The paint only lasted two washes. How can you be so bold? I asked spontaneously and I always mention that I don't want to be a beginner, nice that it doesn't help.
