I got a appointment in the afternoon after calling in the morning and had no waiting time, which is a good point. However the staff wasn't very motivated and I wasn't offered even a water like other customers. And after the first cut was done I saw some hair sticking out longer than the rest. I asked for correction which I got and was ok but in the end I found the price too high for the poor service I got, especially in comparison to other hair salons.

Bad experience. It was even impossible to see the difference before the cut and after the cut. Moreover I've asked for more volume and instead of cutting the hair in a proper way to create volume, they offered me a spray!!! To be avoided, at least if you don't like the dog grooming. 65 eur is absolutely a shame and a robbery for such result.

One of the worst experience I had in my whole life. I saw reviews who said it was horrible, but I just saw one different review that they are just here to mess them up, but as soon as I went in I saw the onwer's hair and I knew they were not lying. Sides and front has at least 3cm of difference, totally off balance. Price was also extremely expensive, I really wanted to call the cops.

I felt very well advised !! I am a very demanding and almost exhausting customer, I would say;) but I was treated so well that I went home overjoyed and with a perfect result. Thanks again for everything!
