@RogerBalser best #hairstylist in the galaxy! Highly recommended! Roger had learnt his profession at #marliesmoeller (Neuer Wall), had then worked at #dirkbrinkmann (Rothenbaumchaussee) before moving to the center of Hamburg to #irisbrakhane.

I've been with Iris Brakhane for more than 20 years and am always happy about the great atmosphere, the friendly staff, the good coffee, the hot towel after cutting and the relaxing massage at the end. I can recommend Iris and her team to everyone and the prices are very fair from my point of view. Thank you for the always excellent haircut and the associated advice!

Tip cutting and dyeing costs more than 130 €, which I find very expensive. Especially, because the cut is inaccurate and unfortunately also not on my previously formulated wishes was received. The color, I have to say fair, but is fine. However, what I found so unpleasant was not even the haircut and the very high price, but the lack of criticality of the boss and her staff and the resulting rudeness. Since I was so annoyed by the unwanted cut, and actually much more about the high cost, I took my courage the next day and complained politely. I met a rude hairdresser and an even more rude boss, who with the insulting question of whether I would even care for my hair, tried to imply that the bad cut came only from my "unkempt" hair. The boss offered me after that to repair the cut, but I thankfully refused and gave me teeth grinding € 20 back, but the way to deal with customers (especially with criticism) could have been better. The hair is growing again, but these unsightly experiences remain and could have been significantly different by a little more customer service and friendliness.
