Terrible customer service, poor communication. Not purchasing here again, cannot recommend :(

I ordered some cables and sockets with bulbs. The goods were not completely complete due to delivery problems. This was delivered after a short time. Even after a reasonable amount of time, I always got replies to emails. Everything was professional, always happy. Many Thanks

Caution. At this company you can only get an answering machine. Fax and mail are not answered. A revocation of the purchase contract and thus reimbursement of the costs will not be considered. Clearly suspected rip-off!

Can only share the bad reviews. Ordered versions there some time ago, but haven't received any goods yet. There is no response to emails and only one answering machine can be reached by phone. After the client gave me the order to order 1550 pieces in November 2020, I tried to contact Leuchtenba\u24. Neither by mail, fax or telephone could I get anyone to give a sign of life. I had received an automatic email in which a short-term contact was confirmed. That has not happened to this day ....... It's a shame, the quality of the sample was convincing. Since my client was a large company, further orders would not have been ruled out as some houses are to be renovated .... In the meantime I have found a company that can help me. Conclusion: Ebay delivered quickly and goods very good, customer service 0 stars! My answer to your reaction: My secretary is always up to date with Outlook, I have not received a mail from you and of course it also makes sense if one of your customers ignores the answers to an order placed by you .......... P. S. There is an invention called a telephone, all numbers (landline / cell phone / fax number) were in my emails and on my faxes. It would have been a possibility to speak to me or to my employees. I have just seen that other ratings are also bad because contact / feedback is not possible. For these reasons, I assume that you do not want any customer contact and only want to do business via eBay and online trading without wanting to have contact with potential customers.
