BAUHAUS Hamburg-Wandsbek

A very large but pretty open space that is just crammed with stuff. What at first seems to be visually overwhelming then turns out to be amazing because I got absolutely everything I needed. Which usually is a rare thing to happen at do it yourself store. I've spoken to three different staff members and all three where super friendly and have great advice as well as directions. In general there were a lot of people working there and even though the place w was pretty busy no one seemed to have to wait too long. Overall a very good experience. From now on this will be my first choice in Hamburg. 👍🏼

Great place, you can find whatever needed for renovation and fixing stuff at home. Staff is a bit hard to get, but the cashier was super fast.

Large hardware store with wide range of supplies from the best manufacturers

Huge offer, competitive prices on tools like Bosch and Makita. However small accessories (drill bits, sanding paper, furniture accessories, screws) are extremely overpriced. Highly recommend to check the prices online. Stay away from brands like Craftomat, Stabilomat and Wisent, those are their own brands, OEM manufactured in China, quality of these products are absolutely terrible.

A little pricey, but they have everything you may need for the job.
