I was there last year and stuck a coffee cup because it cracked. I decided on the qualitatively more expensive solution. Unfortunately, you saw the crack again after a short time, although the cup is only washed by hand. For the money I could have bought 2 new cups (we bought the cup in Holland, unfortunately we couldn't find it on the internet) Well in hindsight it was my own fault, but the quality of the repair is simply bad. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

Of customer service Mr. Schmalhaus unfortunately has not heard anything yet. One wants to have finally repaired beloved pieces here again, leaving them in the care of the porcelain workshop is out of the question for me!

Very friendly staff. I wanted to fix something, but they told me not to, because it's not worth it. With this advice, I can now, with a clear conscience, do something different with it.

I had a cat sculpture in repair some time ago. My own cats had thrown this sculpture off the coffee table. The nose and mouth were badly affected. In the then "porcelain clinic" I was told that the restoration would take some time because the restoration was not easy. This was not a problem for me. After about 12 weeks I got the cat statue again and have to say that I was more than satisfied. I never expected that the previously broken nose and mouth parts could be restored in this way. You can't see the repairs at all. Good work. I am really excited and can only recommend the porcelain workshop.
