Order was not fully executed, no explanation received and full price billed. Communication in German sluggish, staff communicates with each other in front of the customer with unfriendly facial expressions and gestures in a foreign language and scowls at him, which causes a strong discomfort. The impression arises that the work here is reluctant and that you as a customer are not taken seriously. This service provider is not recommended and will therefore not be used again.

How can you do this cleaning with opening times from Monday to Friday 9 am-3pm at the UPS pick-up station? Which normal person has time at the times?

Tailoring changes is expensive and the consultants could neither tell me the price in advance nor advise me on the change. Next time I'd rather go somewhere else!
