Great service. The staffs are very communicative regarding the process and price (fast response rate!). Super friendly too.

I also gave my wedding dress to the dry cleaner and got it back with stains. These were definitely not there before. A horror for every bride who is about to get married !! There was no money back or tips and the complaint management can also be expanded! The saying "there is a testimony against testimony" does not contribute to customer loyalty ... I am really disappointed!

Do not put wedding dresses in the dry cleaner there! I gave my wedding dress to the dry cleaner there and was bitterly disappointed ..... A photo was even taken of the dress from my side before cleaning, which I can only recommend to everyone because my wedding dress was very expensive and I wanted to be on the safe side! Unfortunately came with multiple holes in the embroidery (Tulle) back. I constantly had to call the company afterwards and was put off for several months ..... In the end, I had to have the dress embroidered again for almost 200.00 euros and only received an "expense allowance" of: 30.00 euros. For “sewing together” the tulle, which every good tailor advises against !!!!!! Unfortunately a memory that you don't want to share. Therefore, dear brides, I can wash most of the wedding dresses by hand myself (soak) and let us advise you at the bridal boutique :-) But definitely do not have expensive clothes cleaned there!

My pillows were very sweaty and I never thought they would look so clean again. But there is nothing left to see. And that's perfect
