Have my winter-worn ¬ 300 jacket by Wellensteyn for cleaning given. She was previously treated with care and never washed. Back I got a jacket that was lint-free from top to bottom. Supposedly the leaked out of the jacket. I asked the lady to remove the fuselage. She did that with a lint roller on the outside of the jacket. As I noticed later, the jacket in the collar and in less visible areas was still full of lint. Furthermore, the jacket smells strongly of a cleaning agent, even a week after picking up and intensely airing the jacket smells every room after a short time after the cleaning "fragrance". The fluffy faux fur collar does not feel as silky soft as before. The synthetic fibers seem to have suffered. Wear and tear on the edges of the hood suggest a rude spin. If I had done my own jacket in the washing machine and then dried in a smooth cycle, I would certainly be happier now ...
