Incredibly unfriendly actually already outrageous coworker / owner. I wanted to hand over 10 shirts and asked if I could put them together and what that would cost per shirt. The lady told me 3,70 € apiece. When I hesitated and dared to ask: "Almost 2 € more for the merge?", I got the answer: "Luxury has its price, because there would be a woman and put them together (oh no) and I would definitely (!) want to have free. ". My attempts to explain that I did not want to have this in vain and that she would misunderstand me was nipped in the bud: "BUT! I can tell you that you wanted it for free! "Smothered. Completely stunned by this unfriendliness and insinuation I left the shop and went to Sauberland on Grindelallee. There, the shirts are washed, ironed and placed only 2.30 € each and the ladies there was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, Mrs. Froriep did not win new customers. Just a matter of time until the store is gone.

Cleaning performance good, service a bit undistanced. Price also raised and no cards accepted.

Just outrageous! Took a dress with stains there. The stains were still there after the "cleaning" and the only thing I heard is "Oh, nobody sees that!" At home I noticed that no one even tried to get the stains out. A plastic sheet was simply made around it. Never again!

I have been here for 15 years. Always good!
