Die Wäsche Feen

I called Wednesday asking if they spoke English (yes) and if they did deliveries (she said yes). I came in Thuraday to drop off my laundry, paid, and she took my hotel address. She said it’d be done Friday at 4pm. They did not deliver like she promised and here I am without my clothes about to leave Hamburg for Finland when they are closed on Saturday. Very upset.
