Bad, does not describe in the beginning what we experienced Mr. Hagemann experienced. The consultant was nice and friendly, negotiated the contracts and then it was time to submit. Everything should be done within 1 week. After we asked, we should submit this and that. So the WEEKS went into the country. Every request from our side brought new documents on the map, which still had to be submitted later. Although we immediately submitted and submitted the documents requested by him, there was always no feedback. We asked and should do something again. For 8 weeks. An incredibly bad reappraisal of his side. Finally we tried it directly over the Schwäbisch Hall to know where we are. Insane, after 8 weeks Mr. Hagemann simply stopped contact. We turned to another company and after 3 days everything was through and approved.
