The exhibition is very nice. Unfortunately, there is no personal tour, only a short film is shown.

Very bad company. Purchased vouchers and no longer received free events. Written the request and got no answer after a week. Take care when booking. As a hamburger I'm disappointed with this Hamburg company. Greetings Mark

We were here recently to visit the exhibition and to taste. Missing exhibits and presentation technology such as video projectors were excused by the "recent" opening, which took place a few months ago. I lacked explanatory texts on the exhibits with additional information, like in a museum. The unsuspecting knowledge of the specialist staff could not be replaced by a few additional free samples and the audience had to smile more often. Certainly a concept that could bear fruit in the future but at the current time I recommend visiting a real distillery, at least if you want to learn something. Since I got it as a gift, there is no evaluation of the price / performance ratio.
