Miss Kazim was the most impolite staff I ve ever met in my life. Unprofessional and racist.

DONT GO... The worst Place to Go! I kindly asked for a medicine (natural medicine) that they had and the woman at the counter did not wanted to sell it to me. Even when I explained the situation in detail. Instead, she offered me Vaseline as a “medication” for pain. I felt really offended. What kind of service is this with a person that is ill? I needed to go to another Apotheke and there the service was completely different and I could purchase my medicine. Medicine is not for free and if I have the means to buy it, she should have sell it to me.

On Sunday afternoon, German guest discriminated against Asian guest for racial discrimination, but their employees were just watching.
