I always think that it is imported that organizations like this one do exist sadly in this case the staff is very rude most probably to people they don't know in my case they helped some of the customers stealing my belongings probably to get a better clue of who I am well I lost over 500 euros by that my foreign bankcard and other important documents In my eyes a not that health curiosity I wouldn't trust these type of staff that's my advice after I've been teached that well .

Especially in this "difficult" Corona period (in my opinion) the necessary aids and staff, who are mostly friendly by the way, are not enough. I think the city of Hamburg could, should and should send more money to the "Drob", but also to other aid organizations. Because homeless people and "junkies" are one of the most vulnerable people. And it would also be nice if the city cleaning service could occasionally keep the forecourt of the Drop Inn clean with a pressure washer or something. Otherwise, I would like to thank all employees for their commitment and for the daily hard work that is being done there.

Very nice staff, the opening times are also great.
