I was knowingly given the wrong medication on prescription without clarifying this with me or informing me; I suspect because they didn't have the real thing, but still wanted the money for the paid medication. To be fair, I have to say that the drug helped, but it is unacceptable to give a customer with a prescription the wrong drug instead of telling them that they don't have the drug (and then possibly asking if they can give me an alternative if this is legally permitted at all).

Super pharmacy. You get everything you need. Employees are nice and hard-working. Even homeopathy is offered here and the opening times are also suitable. Keep it up!

In the summer I was on vacation with my family in Hamburg. Fortunately, after our youngest child fell and suffered several injuries, we ended up in this pharmacy. The employee took care of my child professionally and yet touchingly, and the ointment, bandage, ice packs and comfort gummy bears quickly relieved the pain. Thank you so much.
