Last time I went in, no employees were wearing masks.

The employees need a long time to find the prescription / drug in the system or not find it at all. Out of 5 prescribed drugs, one was ordered incorrectly. When picking up, a pick-up slip was requested, which I was not given the day before. Overall, very incompetent in terms of service and advice.

No goodwill in the case of incorrect orders. When in doubt, the pharmacists are always right. Extremely service and customer unfriendly! Almost a rip-off ... and the second Alexander pharmacy on Steindamm is really great! One star is definitely too much for this pharmacy alongside Real!

I can no longer count how many times I stood in front of closed doors at this pharmacy in the morning, because they are simply not able to open the shop on time. Something like that doesn't work for me and I've never seen anything like it anywhere else. Imagine that every shop would handle it that way. An absolute absurdity, especially when it comes to medication!

Very good pharmacy with always friendly staff. Know this pharmacy for a while and had never had problems. I also order there often by phone, or ask if something is in stock. And if it is there it will be reserved on my name, or if not in stock then ordered. Great service even with the delivery. I can not understand some comments here But, ok.I can recommend this pharmacy without a bad conscience
