Mouthguard complained. Metal bracket fell off immediately, edges are sharp and leave marks on the face, smells funny. Already worn once. Cheap scrap was sold by the pharmacy. FFP2 mask for a lot of money. Complaint was simply rejected. "Where should we give that back? Comes from China." Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with customer service.
