I can not say anything negative about this pharmacy. Was there a few times and was always served friendly, competent and helpful. The location is very easy to reach by public transport and by car. In addition, you have the opportunity to take advantage of the shops in the Rindermarkthalle.

I often order things in advance by phone and I have to say for some time now I have always had a lady on hand who is very polite and always competently dealt with my concerns with wit. Not often, keep it up.

Unfortunately I cannot understand the positive reviews here. Maybe it was also due to the extremely unfriendly and brisk employee (somewhat taller, blonde lady) that I came across. In any case, I was treated by this anything but customer friendly. Unfriendliness and impatience towards the customer are very important here. I have had much better experiences with other pharmacies in the area. If you want to do without unfriendliness, you should look for another pharmacy. Never again!
