Horrible attention horrible attitude of the employees. There was a huge line because they were slow. I tried to ask one simple thing and they treated me horrible. I will never come back. Horrible

Since I am from San Francisco, the ins and outs of getting the things I need totally elude me. In my attempts to procure things I have gone here several times to find them helpful and knowledgeable. Really a great place to buy what you need and then some.

Yesterday I went to the pharmacy again and what can I say, the service has gotten even worse than the last time I went shopping. The employees were all behind the cash register and I actually needed advice on buying a cream. When I tried to make eye contact, my head was just turned away. Then I chose one myself and used it to checkout. Again, I felt like I was harassing the employee. It's unbelievable how arrogant you are being treated there. The pharmacy is around the corner from me, but I will order online again in the future and have the things sent to me. Picking up there you can really save yourself with the bad mood of the employees.

I've been ordering online for years. The price is good and the advice over the phone was always friendly and very helpful. What I noticed, however, would be the late shipping. Up to about 1 year ago you ordered by 12 noon and received your order the next day or the day after that at the latest. Now I'm waiting several days for delivery. This is unpleasant and incalculable when you need medication every day.
