Grindelhof-Apotheke

So happy to have this neighborhood pharmacy. My teenage daughter had a bad skin reaction to a dermatologist-prescribed acne cream. We went to Grindelhof Apotheke for help. The pharmacist at Grindelhof looked at her skin and recommended 1 cream. It was perfect (worked immediately with 100% efficacy). My daughter was thrilled. I went in recently for a calcium/VitD supplement. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable about the product differences and, again, steered me to 1 product that seems to be working very well. How wonderful to have so much expertise in a small shop just down the street.

Unskilled and unfriendly advice: I was sold Fenistil Gel Dimetinden for a violent sunburn. On the one hand, this antihistamine is not very suitable for sunburn, on the other hand, it is an active ingredient of the first generation, which due to its side effects should no longer be used in favor of modern active ingredients. When asked about this, the pharmacist was very unfriendly and defensive. I will not go there anymore.
