A star is DEFINITELY too much !!! I have never experienced such an unfriendly customer service. Patchy, rude and incompetent. Why doesn't this man finally retire? So every customer goes to this pharmacy at most once and never again. Business-damaging behavior through and through. Another customer covered his mouth and nose with a cloth and was thrown out extremely unfriendly. Supposedly a mask would be mandatory in Germany - which is definitely not the truth and a pharmacist should really know that now. This customer pointed this out and still did not receive the goods he ordered. Then even had to be instructed by another employee even though the customer was mauled by the pharmacist. So far I have assumed that a pharmacy is a service company. This pharmacy doesn't have to be customer-friendly ...
