After the Gümmer company exchanged all the temperature controls in our pizza oven for dearly money, the oven still got too hot at one point below, so the boss came over and found out that the previous employee had swapped the sensors above and below. That was renewed free of charge with the announcement that we should report again if problems arise again. I did that because the problem was still not fixed. We have been baking pizza with it for 6 years and we have had a problem for six months. Now the boss told me that it was normal and that he couldn't help us with the problem, because that's how the oven works. Unfortunately, we can only use all the places in the oven at low temperatures. At the normal temperature, such as pizza is baked, we can only use 3/4 of the oven. It worked for 6 years but according to Gümmer it is normal that the area of ​​the stove can only be used 3/4. Perhaps the company should stick with refrigeration systems and stay away from pizza ovens. I've never felt so rude about a company! Thanks for nothing!

I am very disappointed with the company. I've called several times to make an appointment. Once I had the owner on the phone who told me that he was trying (Friday) to come to us and contact me via WhatsApp whether it worked or not. That didn't happen so I called again on Monday. I couldn't get him on the phone anymore. I gave my phone number again, unfortunately I got no response, despite several calls. That's too bad. How nice that there are other companies that do what they promise.

Be careful when cars of this company appear in front of you in the traffic. In response to my statement to one of the drivers, he could not first drive on the right-hand parking strip, and then left without blinking on a T-junction left to turn, he replied to me, "but .... I can ". After that, he accused me of being too fast, even though I drove over a mile behind him with the same speed. My brakes prevented the accident.

The temperature display of our pizza oven should be repaired. That happened however after that the light stopped working in the oven. The two units are linked. This was then renewed again for expensive money. It still didn't work afterwards. The boss then told me that it cannot be connected and it is a huge coincidence that after 2 years the light breaks when the fitter tinkers with the stove. His comparison: If I change the tires in the car and the tank is empty afterwards, it can't be connected. Well absolutely not recommended stay away if you still want your devices to be functional!
