For me a minor repair to the water pipe was urgently needed. The company inspected the damage and then explained that it was difficult to get a suitable spare part (shut-off valve in front of the water meter). When I asked the company, I was told that there are currently no fitters available and that I had to wait at least 1 week. In the case of a major matter 14 days ago (due to sales), the company came immediately. I therefore had to take on another handyman who did the job quickly has done. I can only advise against Küker and Böttcher.
