Unfriendly emergency service, no alternatives repair methods at a small hole in the tank hose. It was repeatedly referred to the office and an appointment in a broken German. End of the song, water for the toilet flush was turned off and allowed to rinse with a bucket. Unless one is bound by the landlord, I would strongly recommend another plumber.

Our water valve is defective and we can neither wash clothes nor wash dishes. The scheduled appointment for the period from 12pm to 2pm was simply canceled shortly before 2pm. And the alternative is two days later again during the day at the same time. How should that work as a working person? A bottomless cheek!
