I ordered a shoes at store and they promised to send to my home within 4 days. And it has been 15 days already and I got nothing. The store and the service did nothing about my case and just told me to wait and refused to refund me. I was so insulted and disappointed about this brand. Won’t buy anything from here again.

The goods were not prepared for shipping until 3 days after my call and finally arrived after 10 days (Christmas was already over). My conclusion NEVER again. Then pay € 10 more at Amazon and the goods will be there the next day. I would have gladly saved my niece's disappointed face for the 10 € more.

I like to be a customer in the ONYGO shop in the Europa Passage in Hamburg. The store is always in a very well-kept condition, you can always find something you want to buy immediately and, above all, the staff are super competent, friendly and helpful.
