Bought 2 Birkenstocks earlier this afternoon. Staff, particularly the girl at the kasse, was very helpful and friendly. Also appreciate that she spoke English fluently. Would definitely come back! Nice location inside Europa Passage, although Görtz also has convenient branches all around the area.

Listless employees On Tuesday I was in your branch and one of the sales assistants had little desire to work and was on the phone all the time. When I asked her for help, she quickly fobbed me off to continue her phone call.
